Have you maybe attempted to repair your game files ?

I have not, it's one of those situations where the bug is minor enough that I don't want to go out of my way to iterate solutions. I know what the missing line said, and I don't want really feel inclined to test solutions. If the same thing happens for future dialogue, I would certainly try it.
