As it stands there's no way to queue multiple squads, likely to prevent stacking servers. That said, by giving your friends the server ID via server info or making a space in your squad and having someone create a new one will allow them to join on you in-progress and guarantee being placed in your team. Using server ID is liable to put them on either yours or the enemy team.
