@ElliotLH @I got through a few times until I was sent a verification code to make sure it was me that owned the account, after I tried to contact EA Help about that I was told that the email was no longer moderated and so the email couldn’t send.
Is there something else that I am supposed to do?
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@Davrew193 Might be worth quickly checking you send the code to the right email address. I had a case recently where I accidentally sent the code to the email address it came from instead of the advisor, so thought I'd mention this so you can rule it out.
You could also try resuming the case on the EA Help site and sending the code that way. I think that should work.
