Re: Not getting company coins again

Thanks everyone for letting us know about the issues you've been seeing with Company Coins. We're gathering up some information on this to forward up to the team. If you ran into a situation where you didn't receive CC, can you let me know the following? 

- If you didn't receive CC from ranking up, what rank were you at the time? 

- If you didn't receive CC from completing an assignment, which assignment was it?

Summarize your bug Not earning any company coin with the exception of daily challenges. Assignments frozen and not accruing completion or company coin. Displays showing earnings of varying company coin amounts are shown in end of round screen but no coin is actually being earned or shown in the company. Possible related issue, cannot reset specializations on any guns or vehicles.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my profile.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not earn company coin at all. I an unable to change specialization on guns/vehicles.
What should be happening instead? I should be earning company coin for the substantial amount of time and effort I put into this game.

Issue 1: I am not earning any company coin with the exception of daily challenges. Assignments frozen and not accruing completion or company coin. Displays showing earnings of varying company coin amounts are shown in end of round screen but no coin is actually being earned or shown in the company.  I have not earned company coin since pacific content dropped!!!!!!!

Issue 2: possible separate issue: possible related issue, cannot reset specializations on any guns or vehicles.

I am on the PS4 and am encountering this as well... before the update I was able to progress and upgrade. Now I cant do anything... I’m about to drop this game... 

@EA_KentDid not receive 1300+ cc yesterday, finished tank assignment, burn em, hit while dashing and another couple I can’t remember. I also ranked up from 27 to 28. Also today completed offensive medic and tank gunner daily challenge and no cc from those. Just now I should have gotten an additional 600 to add onto the 260. It didn’t add I to it. Leveled up to 29 just now and didn’t get my 1000 cc.

I have been able to gain coin for completing assignments again after choosing which 4 I wanted to work on. I don’t remember which dailies they were as they were several weeks ago but it was for about 3 or 4 days in a row. (Haven’t noted to see if this has been fixed) currently I’m at level 71 or 72. The issue was back between levels 67-69 for me I believe. 

I leveled from level 10 to level 18 , i did not received any company coins , also not getting any weapon unlocks. Can we at least have an ETA for this fix?

Hi Kent, 

I am pretty sure that I have missed other instances, but at least I can confirm that today I levelled up from 97 to 98 and I didn't get the CC. I was at 52,499 CC and now 53,159 CC Assignment CC looks like is tracking OK for me (400+200CC). 

One can only speculate how many times this has happened to me from 50 to 98, but I am going to go and say it is probably the norm.
