Re: Not receiving company coin after level up

I'm having this issue as well.  Right after upgraded my system too.  The game looks great graphics wise but I can't get any Company Coin to progress in the game, so it's a huge waste of time to play if I can't progress.  

This problem has been going on for 2 YEARS and they still haven't fixed it.

I contacted EA help 3 times, and the answer was always: post on answers.ea and we will pusch this issue "higher", so I keep insisting that they manually add the missing cc and finally they added 11k to account, but with the remark that this will not solve the problem,

funny thing, after they manually added the cc, I started to receiving the correct amount of cc from level ups,
