Hi @Fr13d_Ch1ck3n Sorry to say that it's not possible to change any account details while there is a ban in place.

This guide will give you information about securing your account. Try to go through as many steps as possible then contact EA Help:

    This account was hacked and banned i don't have any access in this account i only access this account when i'm open my battlefield and the email address was already changed

    I already did but still no response i badly want to play battlefield V online with my friends

    @PA1N_199x All I can advise is to keep trying. EA Help need to fix the details for you. Remember that you will also need to appeal the ban by contacting the ToS team.

    N.B. If you opened an email case then the response can take several days.

    @PA1N_199x As was said by ElliotLH here you'll need to go through EA Help. They will have to help you resecure your account before anything further can be done. Unfortunately for now you'll just have to wait for a response as we are unable to assist with this particular issue on the forums.
