    @EA_Kent Hi, I've got origin access from steam and playing game through steam + origin access if that info helps, my progression is also reset fyi,

    Today I was back to my previous rank so I think the problem is solved

    We are still investigating the issue, its safe to play in the meantime we are working solving the issue.

    Hey everyone, 

    The issue should now be fixed and may requires you to play a match for everything to come back. The lost stats and the new stats you gained since the issue happen should now been merged together. 

    If you do see still issues please let me know.
