Summarize your bug Rank progression broken, not unlocking weapons in the different classes. Career rank progression also broken, not unlocking vehicles/airplanes. That is the main concern. Also broken include the End of Round screen which i get "Could not fetch your report" 100% of the time. Also, in the profile menu, the Overview screen is broken, shows my Career rank as 0, Top class rank as 0, Wins as 0, etc... Statistics screen also has no info.

What happens when the bug occurs? Inability to unlock and use game content.
What should be happening instead? Weapons/Vehicles being unlocked and available

So as you can tell since getting the game about 2 days ago I have been having many many many issues, all outlined above. I read the other thread about this and saw that EA_Atic said to contact support about the weapon unlocks, which I did and spoke to Vipin, who was very nice and very helpful in unlocking the broken weapons for me. However, later I realized that the Career rank unlocks were also broken and not working for the Vehicles/Airplanes, so i contacted EA Support again and spoke to Sonali, who was less nice and less helpful as he said he could not do anything to help me and that I need to post here. My chief complaint is obviously the broken progression, as it means almost all of the games content is locked away from me, the profile stuff and end of round stuff I can deal with as is not too big of a deal, just thought id put it in there in case it ties together somehow. Thanks.

Summarize your bug I didn't get those 2 weapons unlocked, kar98 on recon class and M1907 SF on assaults class. I am rank class 20 on all of the classes and still didn't get those. I played lots of matches afterwards and tried many things to unlock it, but didn't work. Nothing worked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The weapons don't get unlocked after reaching a rank where you should have it unlocked and there's no way to get it and fix it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Don't get those 2 weapons unlocked.
What should be happening instead? Fix this bug already and get this weapons unlocked for me. Is it that hard?

Summarize your bug I have reached the rank requst and the weapons and equipmentst are always locked and I can't get access to them.For example I'm now assult rank 11 and the rifle requsting rank 10 is still locked.

EA actually works on unlock problem (as last tiger skin) since the last update lot of unlock problem appear. Waiting next news up if problem start since the last up and if they are fixed or not. If not as we say you do will contact EA assistance for unlock them manually.

Summarize your bug I leveled up my medic to level 20 and didn't unlock the M1928A1 even though it says it is supposed to be unlocked at medic level 20. It still shows a locked icon and says "Rewarded at medic rank 20". Same thing is happening for my recon where my recon is now rank 8 and I still have the Gewehr M95/30 locked and spawn becon locked even though they say I unlock them at Recon rank 6.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up your medic class to level 20 to see if you get the gun and your recon class to 8 to see if you get the unlocks. They are not unlocking for me even though they were supposed to and this never happened before even though I have been playing this game for a good amount of time.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I look at them in-game to see if I can change it in-game (because I am unable to change it out of game) it says that it will be unlocked the next round I play, but then I play another round and it is still locked.
What should be happening instead? When reaching medic rank 20 you are supposed to unlock the M1928A1 gun. When reaching Recon rank 6 you are supposed to unlock the Gewehr M95/30 and the Spawn Becon.

To sum up the bug, you are supposed to unlock things by ranking up your class. I leveled up my class and was supposed to unlock certain guns and things such as the spawn beacon. I didn't unlock them even though they were supposed to unlock. This has been happening for the last week or so. When I look in-game to see if they are unlocked, it says they will be unlocked next round, but then they don't unlock no matter how many games in a row that I play. I play on PC Origin BF5. I am in US EAST region. I tried to provide as much information as possible and can try and provide more pictures and whatnot if necessary.

This is happening to me with weapon skins and weapon levels, for example my stg-44 says it is level 10 in "my company" but when i go to the sights for urban blue it says the weapon needs to be level 10. I looked in profile and statistics and it says my stg-44 is actually level 9 so i thought it was just a visual bug but after playing a few games the xp circle around the stg-44 in my profile statistics has not moved at all. Same thing is happening with my type 99 arisaka.
