@艾略特· Hello, I'm glad you can reply to me. I click the link and fill it in according to the process, but when I request real-time chat, I can't continue. I have been in this situation for five consecutive days, so I sent a post for help. Your reply didn't help me.

    @CCchen1123 Live chat isn't always available and depends on region etc. If you open a case for missing items then they should come back to you.

    Missing items is unfortunately one of the things we can't really help with here, as nobody can access your account to award them.
