I solo queued and it worked. It couldn't find a match when trying to find a squad at the same time. Could be the fact that there isn't always open squads left on matches going on.
@Teal_Pipo_FredoTry pre-making the squad and set it to Friends Only. Some players on Reddit are reporting that gets them in to a game through quick match.

Actually, I just set up myself on squad leader position and then try to join. It will be open squad on match. Didn't set up privacy. It's possible that way on PlayStation. I am once again starting to have issues with this method provided by @DMGG1994
But it worked earlier. Servers are probably in very chaotic situation when there are players trying to matchmake into them and there isn't enough open squads or server positions which might cancel or prolong searching. I am not sure what's going on with that search engine 😃
It does'nt work. the matchmaking system fails.
try again @TheWalkman . I have the same problem first time. For me this help & i see some people are play BFV, so this isn't fix only for me, and if you get this error every time, then I don't know what to recommend you.
If you got some players in team wait patiently for him to throw you in. If more than 4 minutes does not drop you in, then cancel the queue and try another game mode or the same game mode. Eventually it will put you into the game.
