I reached medic level 20 but my weapon didn't unlock. What should I do to unlock it? Can EA help staff unlock it for me?
P.S. I already reported a bug in EA helps

- Hi @maibokther This is a known problem and is being investigated. There should be updates posted to the thread below, when they become available:

You're not going to be able to fix it, it's a case of Dice fixing it.
