BFV is experiencing some issues at the moment, which can lead to weapons not unlocking. But first of all, have you tried claiming the weapon in the armory? It might be there, waiting for you. Otherwise, you probably have to wait until the issues are fixed, or you contact the EA-Support and ask them to grant you the missing weapons: https://help.ea.com/en/
