If you still haven’t unlocked it yet you should contact EA on this website: https://help.ea.com/en/

Click on the link , after the page loaded click on help with a game .

then click on Battlefield V and scroll down until you see ‘Contact Us’ 

After you clicked on Contact Us you need to click on create a case. Then you just fill in your problem.

    Hey everyone, 

    For missing Gun unlocks playing a round to finish and then leave the next round can help, if not please get in contact with EA support, missing items it's not something we can help with on AHQ.
