If I understand correctly you're saying that you want to join Spectator mode in EU servers but you can't? 

If so, you can use the 'Advanced search'. It's the last tab in the list of modes. Click on it and choose the map and region, or only region if you want. You will be shown all servers available in the region that you picked. Click on 'server info' then you will find 'Join as spectator'. Click on it.

    I can’t connect to part of EU (Dublin) servers in different game modes. I stable get error "connection lost" when try connect to all EU servers in Squad Conquest game mode .
    Just see my video from first post.
