@Briz_garant If you're seeing a message in-game saying you've been banned or blocked then you do have an active ban, and will need to appeal to the ToS team.

EA Help do not handle bans so you will need to contact Terms of Service through the form in the guide above.

    On the appeals page, it says the following


    Assistance with this problem is not available at this time.

    @Briz_garant I just tried the link to the form in the guide and it worked for me. You could try a different browser or clearing your cache.
