Thanks for posting the DxDiag.
Can you try these steps?
1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Run Origin and Battlefield V as Administrator
4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/
6. Uninstall/Reinstall the latest Graphics Drivers: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

none of this worked for me and EA said they could not provide a solution
has to do with the ingame resolution not matching ur current desktop res...
