I assume under my games and apps don't have update and under mange my games and up to force an update?
Can you try to make your console the home console for the game share and see if that help. @dantheman8642

@EA_Atic i have the same problem but for me it says ,are you the owner of the game en app .yesterday it said i'm trail owner now it says this ??!!any fixx and i din't get hotfix update today !!!

Hello everyone the hotfix released today did fix the problem to all the people who are still having issues it most likely has to do with your internet connection or your Xbox but I'm sure by the end of today everyone should be all good
@EA_Atic When the next trial starts will I be able to play?
I own the game disc version and I've installed then deleated and re installed it 5 times now and I've also done 5 hard restarts on my Xbox one and its still not letting me play anything other than the " trial version "
I brought it 2 days ago and havent been able to play one game of multiplayer.
The reason I brought it is because of the dwindling amounts of multiplayer games on bf1.
For Christ's sake fix this * I spent $60 Aus for a game I can't play or enjoy.
Any luck?
Sort of, I can play multiplayer but the whole game is now in trial mode.
Can't access server browser or anything. Apparently this trial version lasts for 3 days, how can I be on a trial when I own and have the game disc in my xbox1
- @plumby85 Uninstall the game bud if that doesn't work which it should delete your save it helped me an I have the disc version too
I've done that 5 times already though
- nothing helps !!! can't you solve this problem in three days ??????????
- @plumby85 Delete your save after you uninstall it itll only delete the war stories saves but it helped me
@Assass1nYuMad2I got 15 minutes left of my latest reinstall b4 I see if its worked.
If it hasn't worked ill do as you suggested.Once again it didn't work still thinks I'm a trial player.
Microsoft store acknowledges the fact I own the game but not ea.
This is now beyond a joke, once again I've uninstalled the game, deleated all saved info and begun a new install.

I've had four overdoses ! deleted save ! did a General reset of the game console ! not HELPING !!!!!!!!!!!

- @EA_Atic Can you have them fix the server issues as well I cant do full breakthrough matches without the server being laggy or the server kicking me
- @EA_Atic I bought a physical copy of the game on xbox yesterday after playing the trial a day before, when I went to press play into a multiplayer match it told me I'm a Trial player, even though I deleted all my save data and reinstalled the game, plus hard reseted.
