Have you tried these steps?
1. Unplug the modem and router power for at least 3 minutes.
2. Power Cycle your PS4:
- You hold the power button on the PS4 until it beeps twice.
- When the system is completely off, unplug the power cable and then plug it back in.
- Restart your console and you should be good to go.
3. Open ports for Battlefield V - See what ports you need to open for each game.
