Really bad optimisation and performance with crashes

Cant get though a single game without a crash. Performance issues left right and centre. Having to run the game on medium just to get anywhere near 60fps  DX11 crashes and says the Gfx card has been...

Ive tried it all, even down to reflashing the bios and drivers. 

imo if a game cant run on its max settings then its poorly optimised especially when the hardware is more than capable.
