Recon Class Throwing Knives Unlocked Before Reaching Level 9

Summarize your bug The recon class progression shows that you unlock the throwing knives at class level 9. However, I already have the throwing knives unlocked since very early on, since even before the smoke grenade. Yet, the throw knives appear after the smoke grenade. Anyway, to be sure of when the throwing knives actually get unlocked, I would check all recon levels from level 1 through 8.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to your recon class, and look at the progression. Be at a low recon level such as say, level 5.
What happens when the bug occurs? The progression shows that you unlock the throw knives even though you already have it unlocked.
What should be happening instead? Either the throwing knives shouldn't be unlocked until recon level 9, or the progression should show that you unlock the knives earlier.

Anyway, to be sure of when the throwing knives actually get unlocked, I would check all recon levels from level 1 through 8.
And, the same thing applies to the shovel, which is available for recon class rank #12. Yet, I've had it for a while now.
