Recon level 20 / Kar98 reward problem

Hi dear support team

I've reach the level 20 with the Recon class and The kar98 didn't unlocked

I had the same problem with the weapon Krag-Jorgensen and it solved monthes later ...

Could it be possible to unlock it please ?

I really like Battlefield 5 but it is the kind of issues that destoy the player experience.

    This has happened to me as well just contact ea at and label your problem as missing content you can call or text them they will look at your acct to make sure you are telling the truth and if so they will manually give you your special assignment and your lvl 20 weapon.     Hey @blasmor This comes up quite a bit here but there's not a tremendous amount we can do, nobody here can access your account to grant the missing items.

    Quite often they'll appear after playing more or ranking up again, but you can also open a case at help.ea.com/contact-us for assistance.
