Recon: Mastery I not showing up

I tried playing another bunch of matches and playing Combined Arms none of which worked. Support also doesn't answer me. They closed my ticket marking it as «solved» which clearly isn't. What do I do?

    Hello @SoMudge,

    Unfortunately, there is no other way of resolving your issue except contacting EA Help. I had a similar issue, after a few tries they managed to fix it.
