Whenever I try to join a match I can only play for a maximum of five minutes, and on average three or four, though sometimes even less. I've contacted the live support for this and their helped proved ineffective. Attached are a UOTrace, and a copy+paste of the live support chat. Any other information can be provided as well.

I would also recommend opening the suggested Ports for Battlefield V if you haven't done so already.

There's always this often overlooked possible solution:
I'm still going through constant disconnection from the server. All ports are open. I've done everything they suggest. Even changed to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Tech support keeps telling me it's all the unknown hosts when a tracer is run. My ISP is putting it back on EA. I don't know who's lying but I'm at the point where I want my money back for this stupidity. Does anyone have any ideas before I lose it?
