Report Button not working?

if you want do a report of anybody, you must in scoreboard choose the player, then push "space", then will opened origin service, and at the near of "send friend request" you have an arrow, in that arrow you will see "report user"...   - This is the only way that you can do a report, your origin in game must be turned on.   Sometimes some players somehow hid their origin account, and you couldn't do it...
