I hope this message finds you well. I am writing this email because I am unable to access my EA account, which I believe may have been blocked.

The game I was playing is Battlefield 5, and I received the blocking email on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 01:38.

I am not sure why my account would be blocked, as I have always adhered to EA's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. If I have violated any rules, I deeply apologize and am willing to correct it.

I really enjoy EA's games and hope to restore my account as soon as possible. If more information is needed, please let me know.
