Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? has happened a few times, but very rarely
What happens when the bug occurs? Could not respawn, could not redeploy, only thing to do was quit game. Would not have mattered except was MVP and close to do doing Mastery level V achievements on MP34.
What should be happening instead? either revived, killed or at least redeply
