Summarize your bug I was killed by an enemy and I was holding right trigger to avoid revive. At the VERY moment that the cancel revive got to zero my squad mate started to revive but he got killed. I was then in a downed state but unable to die. Also unable to redeploy. I was stuck writhing on the ground for about 2 minutes until a medic came by and revived me.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get killed - cancel revive - get revived at last second - reviver gets killed.
What happens when the bug occurs? STUCK in "downed" mode.
What should be happening instead? Should die.

Same problem on PC, i went straight to right click and was permanently stuck in a downed state.
