"Rubber banding" or "lag" since recent update

Since the most recent update, I have been rubber banding in games and getting notifications in the right corner regarding a weak connection yet my connection is absolutely fine and the ping remains below 30. I am on PS4.


Has anyone else had this issue?

    Thanks for following up. 


    Do you have access to a PC on the same network your PS4 is connected to? If so, could you try running a UO Trace when you have the chance? That should let us see the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's anything happening along the way we should be able to spot it.
