Screen disconnects on startup

Hello I wanted to play some BfV again after not having played it for some time.

The problem now is that whenever I start the game it seems to mess with my monitor. My monitor turns black and completely disconnects itself. I already fully deinstalled the game and installed it again but the problem remains. I’ve never experienced any problems like this with other games or other the 800h I played this game.

I have an RTX 3070ti and I’m using a ultrawide monitor.
