Summarize your bug Screen turns off and says nothing is connected to the display port.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how or why it happens but happens every time I have tried playing a few minutes I start playing no matter what game mode I play.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen goes black and says that nothing is connected to the display port.
What should be happening instead? The display shouldn't be getting disconnected.

I just bought the game on PC and cant play more than a few minutes before the screen disconnects and says that nothing is connected to the display port. Happened in the starting mission twice and then when I skipped to try multiplayer it happened again.

  • I just tried playing after a clean boot and it went back to disconnecting the screen.

    Hmm, I see.

Are you running the game in fullscreen, or are you using windowed mode? Also do you use DirectX 11 or Direct X 12?

Got it. Can you try changing it to DirectX 12 to see if that makes any difference at all? Let me know if the display is still getting stuck afterward.

  • I've tried playing with DirectX 12 when you asked and while I tried it the game play was stuttery  and I gave up on it before the game could crash but ill give it another try after I get back from a test.

  • I played full 3 games and it didn't crash or disconnect the screen but after a game starts there seems to be some stuttering is there anything I can do to fix that or will I have to just deal with it.

It sounds like your in-game settings just might need some tweaking. I'd recommend running through them and making some adjustments to see if that helps at all with the stuttering.
