If you haven't already, I would recommend doing a fresh Uninstall/Reinstall of the latest Graphics Drivers:

Hey I managed to fix my problem, I simply deactivated the origins ingame setting to off and the flickering is gone! both for BF1 and BFV!

Try the above and let us know how you get on.
If you you did something wrong when moving your RAM to another slot, you would definitely notice a bigger issue so I think you are good there.
