I’ve had the same thing. Heal ok but it has the ammo symbol on it.

Nope, definitely a bug. I was just in a server as medic chilling by a tree, low on health. I kept hitting the bind to self-heal, over and over again it was giving me ammo packs.

Self healing bug. I pull out ammo to heal instead of medical pack.

Hi, @Snicker666 I just played a round and it's showing up as a Medic pack for me. Is it possible you walked over some ammo RIGHT when you pressed to heal so the ammo pack came up first?

I’ve had the same thing. Heal ok but it has the ammo symbol on it.

I've thought it about it being the ammo pick up coincidence, but I swear I've seen this before. I play mostly as medic and when going to heal myself I'll often see my character trying to give myself an ammo pack.
I thought I read something in the release notes for the Jan 2019 patch about fixing this, but I may be confusing that with a different issue. Even so, it still seems to be occuring.

The other coincidental thing that it could be is a nearby Support class tossing you ammo at the same time.

Blueberry, Sadly no, happens every time I hit heal. The same thing happens with my friends. Was working fine before the latest patch.
