Summarize your bug Setting "Undergrowth quality" to "Low" is basically wallhacking on Twisted Steel, or any maps with lots of grass on PC.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a player hide behind some tall grass/bushes on Twisted Steel, and toggle the Undergrowth setting between "Ultra" and "Low"
What happens when the bug occurs? If you prefer ultra settings and beautiful visuals, some try-hards will easily spot you amongst bushes and grass if they deliberately set undergrowth value to low in video settings. This is a massive unfair advantage on PC. Because the undergrowth can be much thicker on ultra settings, low settings removes way too much.
What should be happening instead? Please change so "low" undergrowth settings is at least like "medium", and doesn't yield such a massive advantage.

It's not a great game experience when someone you can't see behind undergrowth cover... obliterates you because they don't see the same cover.
