Settings not saved. Replays Intro every time.

I found a partial solution. It is not perfect but at least it solves the main problem. EA should anyway fix whatever is hapenning.

I did this: I created a new user account in windows, the username didn't have any non english characters (bfvaccount for example). Then I restarted my pc and logged into the new account, it takes a while, then opened Origin (WITHOUT ADMIN PRIVILIGES), disabled cloud saving, and started the game from there. I had to watch the goddamn intro once again (but didn't finish the gameplay), I changed the settings, closed the game without playing anything else and restarted it. It worked! On a different user, which is a bummer, but at least I saved myself from those 15 minutos of introductory torture.
