OK folks, apparently there are at least 3 Easter eggs on Solomon Islands. Here are the clues by Senior Designer Niklas Astrand from DICE:

And, another hint (note the typo, rnd is actually RNG aka "random number generator", meaning that the EE is random):
@SterlingARCH3R So you need to blowup something, (or look at the planes who dropped the load hence the sky?) Listen en active something in a radio. I have seen headsets and radio's in cabin but they where not activated. Support role needed I assume..

One of the (at least) 3 EEs on Solomon Islands was found. It's an audio only EE with sounds of Swedish parrots that can be heard on the small islands.
Here's a summary of what the Battlefield Easter Egg community gathered on what we know so far about the "Dutch" EE on Solomon Islands.
Compilation of known info of the "Dutch" EE on Solomon Islands, quotes by Niklas Astrand:+ "Dutch" most likely references and borrows its name from the main protagonist Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer from the 1987 Predator movie, given all of the Tweet hints (tri-laser on the low-bit image, Predator vision filter images, the name, etc.).+ Dutch is available onAll servers, preround/round, open/password.

+ Dutch is found within the combat area and in the game modes as follows:Dutch is not only available in one specific game mode or server state. You can reach Dutch in any game mode that include the area of Dutch in its combat area.
+ When found, Dutch will be very obvious:When you see Dutch there is no question if it is Dutch or not.
+ @D-DutchDave explains in part on how to decode the message:Niklas tweeted an image containing an IR vision filter with multiple characters of the predator alphabet on the left side bar. Rotate this bar 90° counterclockwise to translate the characters using the Predator alphabet - use the lower case characters to translate all but one of the characters ("T").
