Battlefield 5 has a settings section "Gameplay". In this section the settings are not saved and after restarting the game they return to their original position. The other settings are saved normally.
I gave the settings file all permissions and added the settings folder and the game to the Windows Defender antivirus exception, but nothing helped.
Please help me because some settings in the Gameplay are very important for me and I can't change them.

I checked. But there is no similar problem on the forum that all settings are saved except for one Gameplay section.

This is just a terrible. Just enter the game and I see intro video starts again and all my settings are reset to default. I spent a week setting them up, I couldn't even play the game once, and now I have to do everything from the beginning.
No. there is no way to start a conversation with the assistant or support service.
I click on the chat, a window appears asking you to enter your question. When I enter any question, the answer appears - Sorry, I didn’t understand your question or don’t have the info you’re looking for...
I have no idea how you can get any support there.
