Son has no multiplayer access on Battlefield 5 and Battlefront (xbox one)

Im sure it is to do with his account being a child account but my son can access and play Fortnite online with friends but can only play campaign on Battlefield and Battlefront. As we purchased Star...

Hello,

It doesn’t work here... I changed on my Xbox my child Privacy and online setting to Adult defaults and it didn’t work.

Do you have a idea ?

    I recommend that you reach out to EA support and see what they can help you out with incase its account related. Not something we can help with on the forums. @natmasterplay08
