Let us know if the following helps you:
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- Research the "WindowsWcpOtherFailure3" error from your Dxdiag
- Run your CPU, GPU and RAM at stock clock speeds
Thanks.
Ok
So I did a -clean boot with cpu gpu ram OC : same issue with dx11on FFR off : gpu and cpu load around 60%
- clean boot witch cpu gpu ram OC : same issue with dx12 on: run smooth than after a while gpu load will drop and I will get 20fp
- clean boot with cpu gpu ram @ stock: same issue with dx11 on FFR off gpu and cpu load around 60%
- clean boot with cpu gpu ram @ stcok: same isse with dx12 on: run smooth than after a while gpu load will drop and I will get 20 fps
Regarding "WindowsWcpOtherFailure3" I search the net but I must say I don't really know what to look for, I 'm kind of lost here
Thanks for taking the time to help me btw!

Best solution for me so far is to use the command "renderdevice.renderaheadlimit 2" with dx11
Unfortunately it will reset everytime I respawn! Do you know a way to fix that, bypass that?
I would consider it fixed if we could do that!
Thank you in advance

You can limit the pre rendered frames on the nvcpl. 😉
About the constant 20fps: Are you using borderless mode by any chance? That's a known bug, try using fullscreen.
EDIT:
Ffr off will always not fully utilize your hardware. It adds waiting queues for cpu and gpu.
Frame 1 get calculated on cpu, gpu is waiting. Gpu gets the data, renders the frame, cpu is waiting. Frame 2 gets calculated,...I hope you get the example.
Dx11 + ffr off = 1 pre rendered frame
Dx11 + ffr on = 3 pre rendered frames (windows default)
Dx12 + ffr off = 2 pre rendered frames
Dx12 + ffr on = 3 pre rendered frames

HI, thank you for answering me
I was indeed in borderless, just tried fullscreen and dx12 but unfortunately still same issue ☹️
Regarding the pre rendered frames in nvcpl can you confirm it's working because if set it to 1 in nvcpl and use ffr on it is still set to 3 in game
And if I set it to 2 in nvcpl and FFR off it will still be set to 1 in game.
So how can I set it to 2?
Thank you for your time
