I had this issue aswell, after 1-5 min my gpu would drop from nearly 100% load to 20/30% under directx 12 in mp matches. however while testing a possible lack of VRAM (it seemed to happen everytime while at 5450MB of 6GB) i dropped textures from ultra to high and got 100% gpu load again. Now the even more strange part.. after some video settings testing, reverted back to ultra textures and the issue didnt happen anymore, even at 5600MB+(not sure if related anyway..) my gpu kept 100% load.
Try to play around with in game video settings after gpu load drops.
My specs: 5820k, quad channel 16GB ram, 980ti, win 10.
Hoping this might help!

i still get some load drops once in a while, but changing texture quality from high to ultra or ultra to high seems to fix it..
just noticed i had GPU memory restriction OFF, not sure if it makes a difference.

Just tried it and doesn't work for me, switching High to Ultra or Ultra to High ☹️
