Impossible to stream the game, CPU i7 8700K going crazy at 100% - 4.7Ghz.
Game + Browser + OBS.
P.s. with all other games works perfectly
p.s.s. rtx 2080 - i7 8700k - 32gb - ssd - ssdm2
p.s.s.s. without streaming work good on fullhd 150fps+/- ULTRA
When I game my 8700@4.8Ghz is at 100%, same when Streaming and in both situations, it runs smooth. Are you using the NVENC encoder in OBS settings?

The game easily uses your CPU 100%. Unlike other games that most likely don't use your CPU fully, that leaves little to no processing power left for encoding your stream and if CPU is diverted to streaming then the game will run worse. Changing to the Nvidia encoder moves the encoding over to a chip on the GPU which requires practically no CPU which should make the game run well again.
Your new graphics card have an improved encoder compared to earlier generations so you should not see any quality degradation.

I can't stream in any setting. Doesn't matter if I use gpu or cpu coding.
I have with gpu encoding on 480p a Mac amount of 35 fps and with cpu (720p, superfast and 1 core is only for obs) maximum of 32 fps.
Seems pretty bad. Ever other game I can stream in fast or medium without An problems.. Even escape from tarkov runs smooth 60 fps
