Stuck on preparing download

This should be simple as just logging out and logging in. Also, restarting the download would be a good thing to try.

I tried everything possible man
my friend said he had the same problem and got fixed after resetting or reinstalling windows (10/11)
now im gon try that

Have you already tried installing the game from a new Windows admin account?
