similar issue here, another 5 pages of customers unable to play this product..

I had enough of the constant freezes, disconnects and hangs and had them refund the game.
If they fix the netcode (which you'd think wouldnt be a problem after ALL THESE YEARS) I might repurchase the game. Too goddamm aggravating now

experiencing same issues very frequently during operations between days. located in europe, playing on EU servers, ping 15-40. didnt experience this in the alpha and beta.
to all urging for some prompt fixes: its already been officially acknowledged as a known issue, ie. it is being worked on. its sunday in sweden, so wait until monday evening CET for certain replies here.

67 post for this issue. And EA games ? With simple troubleshootings .Where is the patch. Where is the solution. Why selling broken games?? Where is our refund at least? Just .a sorry for all inconvenience?

I had pulled the trigger on a year of Origin Premier, which is non-refundable. Lesson learned I suppose.

Tunatron you should be able to get a refund on a purchase, since it is now based on a defective product. Contact EA in chat and make your request.
(You might still need to pay the 1 month of premier that let us in game early)
- 7 years agoguys i found an extender to play. try to unplug your other HDMI connection if you have one i unplug mine and playing only on 1 screen and i could play oportions with almost no freeze loading screen in the end. but i notice that if i paly the mode breakthrough it dose the load page with 2 of those V loading thingy
- 7 years agoThat seems to have worked for me. Unplugging my second monitor from my graphics card lets me play more than one round without needing to restart the game.

I ONLY HAVE ONE MONITOR AND STILL DOES THIS SO THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. I DID GET 4 ROUNDS IN A ROW TODAY ON ONE OF THE SERVERS THEN IT BEGAN AGAIN WITH NO END IN SIGHT

Why is unplugging a monitor and still seeing freezing considered a solution to this problem?

Was able to play 8 consecutive infantry maps last night, so looks like the hang problem (for me) is primarily with the conquest & multiday maps/missions.

It probably solved it for the topic creator. Sadly its not an option for me to try.
- 7 years agoyep its not a solve solution just an extend of play, anyhow i still get my game freeze again for some reason every second game now DICE/EA really need to address this dam thing.

Same issue here. Been like it since Origin Access Premium early access thingy. I booked the day off work tomorrow to play this all day... what a waste of time that turned out to be.

Same problem here I'm playing on EU server from outside the region at ~100ms , but I don't think it's related since it is happening to players within the same region !!

i7-3930K CPU @ 4GHz / 16.0 GB RAM / EVGA GTX980 SC / ASUS X79 / windows 10
Latest Nvidia driver 416.94
It's happening after every match.
