The infinite loading issue has a fix. I can give it to you exactly for PS4 but not for PCs - although I have a suggestion for PCs.
The problem is caused by the system uploading a game data save online and then not updating that online data. So next time you play, the online saved game data is out of date and inconsistent with the saved game data on your hard drive. That creates a situation where your system cant work out which saved game data to load - the old data saved online or the up to date data saved on the hard drive of your PS4, XBox or PC. Thats also why, when this problem occurs, the infinite load screen happens at the end of each round - basically your system is having a meltdown because it doesnt have a command that allows it to choose what to load (and this should be easy for the devs to fix). You can see that this is the problem because of the "double" spinning loading circles and because sometimes during the loading cutscene you get a 'double" audio
The solution is to delete the out of date data saved online. That removes the conflict when the next round is trying to load and stops your PC or console from going into an infinite loop because it has two conflicting commands that it cant choose between.
On a playstation go into Settings and then into Application Saved Data Management. You will then see an old and out of date version of your BF 5 saved games - it will be as old as the problem you have been having. So, for example, if youve had the infinite loading screen problem for 3 days the online saved game data will be 3 days old. Delete that out of date online saved game data and you wont have the infinite screen problem again (if you do, just rinse and repeat, as required).
For PC you need to go into your online saved game cache and clear it. You should do that first for any problem like this anyway but on Origin Im not sure how you do it. On steam its pretty easy - you right click the game in your library and the game cache will show up. You open that and then click the button to clear it.
Clearing your origin cache should, in theory, fix this problem but I dont use Origin so I dont know how that works. It may be that people are just doing it wrong. But the objective is to clear any old game save data that is being held online and that is conflicting with your up to date game save data on your PC or console. I suggest you open Origin and then go in and look for your online BF 5 saved game data. When you find it it will be out of date. Delete it and the problem should be fixed.
Just to be clear, the problem is a conflict between save game data online that hasnt updated to match your saved game data on your PC. So the fix is in the online section of whatever game system youre using - in your case, Origin, but the principle is the same for Playstations and Xboxes. Wherever your online game save data is stored is where you need to look. Then delete the online saved game data that has failed to update and keep up with your saved game data on your hard drive.

@Tileux clearing the origin bfv cache has already been suggested but does not work unfortunitly. have done this a couple of time to no different result and still get the infinate loading screen

Ive heard people have tried clearing their origin cache and it doesnt fix the problem. As I said, I dont use Origin so I dont know how to work around that. But the problem is in that online saved game data that is out of date. If you can find that and delete it youre fixed. It may be that the fix isnt working on Origin because its then automatically updating your next round data and then stopping - which means you fixed the glitch and then it came straight back on. If you disable your game saves that are uploading onto Origin's online cache - as Blueberry suggests above - that will probably be a permanent Origin fix. Can you try it and let everyone know if it worked?
I hope the guys posting on this after me who use Origin can work the problem out and provide a fix - and some seem to be doing that. Good luck!
ps just to let you know, since i deleted my out of date online BF5 saved data 5 days ago I havent had a single infinite loading screen.

That's my last Battlefield, probably my last EA game. Not because of the "bug" (I think it's much worse then a bug) but because of the poor handling. Two months??
WTF is going on? what's the situation? do you have any plan on how to solve this?? I have never seen anything like this in 20 years of gaming.
Do you really think it's somehow acceptable for players to Alt-F4 the game every 10 minutes for 2 months without any solution? how do you even release a game like that? - EA_Blueberry7 years ago

Thank you for offering a thorough workaround, @Tileux
There is an option to disable Cloud Saves for Origin if you're on PC. Here's how to do that: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/backing-up-origin-game-saves/
I'd recommend doing that and clearing the cache to see if this helps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
