stuck with squad interface showing after deployment

This has happened to me since the new patch today 5/12/18 on conquest and grand operations. The chat box moves from top left to bottom right for some strange reason and I can't move, I can't exit game. If I die I then spawn on player in map and can't move either. I can use chat box but the only way to exit is to close the game in task manager. It's always been the second game I enter on start up.

1070 GPU

16 GB RAM

WINDOWS 10 X64 PRO
