Submit a level 0 bug, and the Battlefield V account is banned?

I also tried many official methods such as reloading the game, repairing the game and clearing the cache, so it wasn't my computer problem. This career level is a bug in the server, and it has nothing to do with the local archive. I want to break through this 0 career level, but after I play, I will prompt: I cannot get your report. . . . . Therefore, I'm stuck in an infinite loop, and I can't gain experience. I've always had a career level of 0, and there's no settlement interface after playing. Other rewards can't be obtained normally, which seriously affects my game experience.
