Sudden high ping issue? ps4

I've been playing battlefield V regularly for a little while now. I've been playing on the Japanese server and have been getting an okay 50 ping; however, for about a week now, my ping has been 160-200 when playing on the Japanese server. Whenever I'm on the server selection menu back then, all the Japanese servers were green with full bars, now it's yellow and 3 bars. I thought that this would sort itself out, but it hasn't... I don't know what to do because I just bought the game and all of a sudden, I've been getting these issues. 

I'd appreciate help...
