Super Low Vertical Sensitivity While Uniformed Soldier Aiming is Enabled

Summarize your bug Whenever Uniform Soldier Aiming is enabled my vertical sensitivity becomes unplayably low. I happen to like my horizontal sensitivity to be higher than my vertical, but this is just crazy. The coefficient setting doesn't matter, it's incredibly low across all values. Why can't we have a Vertical Sensitivity slider? I mean, we have one for "Axial Deadzones." This problems is game wide (all game modes.) Please help.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By enabling and disabling Uniform Soldier Aiming and comparing the vertical sensitivity (especially while aiming down sights.)
What happens when the bug occurs? The game becomes unplayable for me. I can't aim with a vertical sensitivity that's that low.
What should be happening instead? The vertical sensitivity shouldn't be so low
