@Neehachu I thought it was just me! Friends in the server said the tank was handing fine, and all other vehicles were steering normally for me. Haven't used a Staghound in months, so I assumed it was something with just the HaChi. Thanks for posting!

    This problem is still there with Staghound.

      Also this problem affects Hachi tank (Japanese 20k reward tank).

        After more strugging, here is workaround for those who will find the thread in google.

        Advanced -> Tank Sensitivity: 100%

        Basic -> Vehicle Mouse Aim Sensitivity: 5%
