The CPU is not that much faster than a 6600k. Looking at benchmarks like https://www.cpuagent.com/cpu/intel-core-i5-10300h/gaming/battlefield-v/nvidia-geforce-gtx-titan-black?res=1&quality=ultra I would not expect not to get dips into the 30FPS range. To lower the stress on the CPU gamemodes with less players will probably help.
