If the game is showing up like that and outright crashing on you, I'd first try a power cycle to see if that clears it up before launching the game again. If it's still happening, try reinstalling the game. If you have the game installed on an external hard drive, make sure there aren't files on both the internal and external drive. That can cause some weird performance issues.
Power Cycle
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

- 6 years ago@JordanVisser2468 It's a waste of time don't bother erasing your console because you gonna achieve nothing, thats the game engine failing to load, I had the same issue on SSD
